Demi Chef De Partie - Pastry - Closed

The Outrigger On The Lagoon   Fiji, invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the vacant role of a Demi Chef De Partie to join their Pastry team reporting directly to the pastry chef.

 

The successful individual must possess the following attributes:

·               Minimum of two years demonstrable experience in a similar role in a five star hospitality organization.

·               Ability to ensure consistent production and presentation of a quality al a carte and buffet deserts.

·               Bakery knowledge is essential.

            ·               Practical working knowledge of OHS, Food Handling & Safety standards

·               You should have good knowledge of English, verbal and written.

·               Be a team player and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

·               Be self motivated and have an outgoing personality.

·               Diploma or Certificate in Culinary skills from a recognized institute would be an advantage.
